What Do I Do If I Can't Establish a Connection?
Your FINCH display can only hold one Bluetooth connection at a time — here's how to clear a stuck connection so a new device can pair.
Why This Happens
The FINCH display can maintain a single Bluetooth connection at a time. It won't allow additional connections if it's currently connected to another mobile device.
Fix
Verify that the display is not already connected to a different mobile device that might have been used in a previous connection attempt. Disconnecting from any previous devices might resolve the issue.
