FINCH 5332E → FINCH II-W

FINCH 5332E → FINCH II-W

This article covers how to upgrade from the FINCH 5332E Display and FINCH Relay Module to the FINCH II-W Display for a single compartment setup. The FINCH Relay Module is an accessory that enables overfill prevention by control of an onboard pump or loading valve.

While your system might differ slightly, follow the instructions that apply to your setup, and skip any steps for devices not installed on your vehicle.

Step 3

Configure the FINCH II-W Display

Complete the FINCH II-W setup using Titan Install and Titan Portal before testing the system.

  1. Connect with Titan Install. Sign in to Titan Install and scan the FINCH II-W display’s QR code.
  2. Complete initial configuration. Tap Connect and complete all four configuration screens. Review the summary of installed assets.
  3. Confirm the trailer in Titan Portal. The company’s Portal administrator locates the trailer in the Trailers screen and assigns its name.

Follow the Initial Configuration guide for screenshots and detailed instructions.

Once configuration is complete, continue to Step 4 — Test your system.

Step 4

Test your system

After the FINCH II-W display has been installed and configured, power up the system to begin testing. Ensure that the system works as expected.

Note: A TD100 transmitter goes through a self-calibration process during your first load. This may cause slightly inaccurate readings at first but will self correct as the load is complete. This only takes place the first time you load a compartment, or you change the liquid within the compartment using a TD100 transmitter.
