Send and Review Diagnostic Reports

Learn how to send and read diagnostic reports for troubleshooting the TD100 system.

Overview

What the Report Tells You

Once Titan Install is connected to a FINCH II display, a mechanic may send a System Diagnostics report to Titan's Service team. The report is a valuable troubleshooting tool, informing the Service tech and mechanic of the current state of the TD100 system's configuration in a single, comprehensive report. A mechanic can also view the System Diagnostics information without sending a report.
