Service Bulletin: Updated Programming Cable Required for TD100 Updates through SensorLink

Summary of Issue:

Over six years ago, Titan Logix introduced an updated SV-RS232 programming cable included in our Programming Kit alongside the TD100 transmitter.

This updated cable was designed to support firmware updates through SensorLink — functionality not required with our older TD80 transmitters. 

Titan Logix has just released a mandatory firmware update for all TD100 transmitters. As a result, all TD100 programming through SensorLink now requires the SV-RS232F cable.

The older SV-RS232S cable is no longer compatible and cannot be used for TD100 updates.

Having the correct cable ensures you receive the latest features, performance improvements, and safety-related updates for your Titan system.
