Service Bulletin: Updated Programming Converter Requirement for TD100 Updates through SensorLink

Summary of Issue:

Over six years ago, Titan Logix introduced a newer version of the SV-RS232 Converter within our standard Programming Kit.

This updated Converter is designed to support firmware updates for TD100 transmitters through SensorLink — functionality that is not available with our older TD80 transmitters.

Titan Logix has identied that many hardware support issues are related to outdated firmware. To help reduce this issues going forward, we are now requiring the updated SV-RS232F Converter for any TD100 transmitter programming through SensorLink.

The older SV-RS232S Converter is no longer compatible and cannot be used for TD100 updates.

Having the correct Programming Kit cables ensures you receive the latest features, performance improvements, and safety-related updates for your Titan system.
