      Titan Install Mobile App

      Note:

      This update introduces a prompt that reminds users to update to the latest version of the app.

      pager FINCH III Support

      • Titan Install mobile app now detects your display model. A FINCH III option ONLY appears when scanning a FINCH III QR code. The FINCH II user experience remain unaffected.

      • New Compartment allocation with tutorial support for multi-drop architecture.

      • TD100 Configuration:

        • View existing strapping tables, read from existing TD100, and program new transmitters.

        • Offset Calibration: Added support for calibration adjustments.

      • FINCH Configuration: Includes basic settings, alarm-relay mapping, and pup pump setup.

      • Firmware Updates: Support for FINCH III and new TD100. Non-multidrop TD100s must be updated to work with FINCH III.

      Users can now see the name of the strapping table programmed to a transmitter:

      • File name appears on the TD100 screen and in the Portal.

      • Clicking the name opens the file for viewing, editing, or reprogramming.

      • Available with FINCH II and FINCH III models

      🔄 FINCH II vs FINCH III

      • Spill Alarms: Latched SPILL alarm issue resolved in FINCH III. The “Clear SPILL Alarm” option is removed from FINCH III but remains in FINCH II.

      • Primary/Secondary Displays: Global ACK is not supported in FINCH III; option removed from initial configuration.

      • Alarm Relays: FINCH III supports 3 relays (FINCH II has 4 relays).

      Titan Portal

      • Portal now displays FINCH II display in blue and FINCH III in red

      • Added full database, UI, and configuration support for FINCH III, including new alarm relay map settings and updated Install/Portal synchronization.

      • SPILL alarm is displayed in Volume units and not as a distance from reference point

      radio button Transmitter-Strapping Table Association

      • Users can now see strapping table associated with a particular TD100 from the trailer page

      • Strapping–Transmitter History: The portal now tracks the last 3 “write” and 1 “read” events for each transmitter.

      • Users can view this history in the Portal, while Titan Install always shows the latest record.

      • Super Admins can now switch companies directly from the nav bar for quicker access.

      👤 User Management

      • Duplicate User Handling: When adding an existing user, Super Admins now see which company the user already belongs to, with a direct link for easy navigation.

      🔢 Strapping Enhancements

      • Automatic Decimal Optimization: The portal now optimizes decimal points in strapping tables based on maximum volume. If optimization still exceeds limits, values default to whole numbers with a validation prompt before saving.

      • Users can now READ strapping tables with Riser = 0. Default offset measurements are now applied based on probe type.

      • FINCH QR codes now appear on Trailers/Displays for easy scanning and downloading.

      • FINCH serial numbers are expandable (no brackets).

      • Associated transmitter serial numbers are listed.

      • Search by transmitter serial number is now available

      📂 File Management Improvements

      • Bulk Move/Relocate: Move up to 10 files at a time, similar to Windows Explorer.

      • Unified Copy Experience: Copy up to 10 files at a time within a company or across companies using streamlined actions. File name conflicts now auto-resolve by appending (n).

      • Action Menu Refresh: Cleaner UI with grouped options – folders now have a three-dots (…) menu for Move/Delete, while files support multi-select for copy/move.
