Sending Log Files

You can securely share recent app diagnostic logs with Titan Logix Support to help us investigate this issue. Log files include technical details and error messages, but no personal information.

This feature shares app activity from the past 12 hours to help diagnose issues in the field.

When experiencing an issue within Titan Install, please ensure you send us your log files. You can send us your information a few different ways: 

Option 1: 

Press and hold the "Titan Install" logo
