FINCH II Fuse Protection

There is no requirement to add an additional fuse to the electrical power supply of the FINCH II display.

The Reason Why

• Adding components not authorized by Titan may affect the safe operation of the TD100 level gauging system. There may be an increased risk to persons or property.
• The FINCH II, -W and -6W displays are well protected from electrical overloads
• Each relay, the Engine, Pump, Light and Horn is protected by a 5A fuse
• The Relay Power supply is protected by a 10A fuse
• The display and transmitter electronics are protected by self-resetting fuses

Do not add fuses to the FINCH II Display.

Each relay is protected by a 5A fuse. The Relay Power is protected by a 10A fuse. One of each fuse type is provided as a spare. Replace blown fuses only with ones authorized by Titan. They are rated for use in hazardous locations and will safely protect the electrical circuits.
